Description: This presentation covers unique issues a planner may encounter when assisting a farm owning client in estate planning.  Such issues include practical matters like the efficient transfer of assets to more complex issues such as structuring bequests to achieve an equitable result, and federal estate tax planning.

Speaker: Attorney Warren H. Krueger III of Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith P.C. Warren is a Trust and Estates attorney who represents clients in complex estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust disputes.  Warren is a current Vice President of Foster Swift and is the former Practice Group Leader of Foster Swift’s Trust and Estates Practice Group.  Warren earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State University, where he also was a varsity athlete on the Cross Country and Track teams, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the DePaul University College of Law.
